| the time (a.m.) we left denton for atami. are we sick, or what? |
this past weekend cayce and i went to college station for hibachi (and obviously to see kristen). yes, we drove 3.75 hours to eat. (stay tuned next year for aimee and cayce eat ft. worth). you don't understand though, atami's hibachi is the best hibachi anyone who has eaten there has ever had. so if you haven't been, you should eat there. and lunch is only 7.95 for hibachi chicken and fried rice.
anyway, that night either i ate too much food, or all my readings on depression and bipolar disorder got to me and i stormed out of halo because a bunch of wannabe-rebellious-teens-because-i'm-at-a-gay-bar trampled on my feet. one after another. trampled, i mean stomped on my feet. yes it was teenish of me as well to get so upset, but it really freaking hurt because i was wearing sandals. anyway, one of the guys with us got the whole group kicked out later, so at least i wasn't the most embarrassing one in the group.
saturday was far less dramatic (spent at a wedding.. yawn) and sunday was my favorite day of 2011 so far. i went to breakfast and lunch with marmee and kristen and spent the day at memorial city mall. best. day. ever. i already miss this weekend. teens, feet trampling, and all.
| and thanks to allure, for inspiring my new coral lipstick. |
looks like so much fun! i miss hibachi and love the lipstick!
